Job Details
We are a small friendly multi academy trust based in Worcestershire with approximately 800 pupils aged between 2 and 11 years. Our Trust motto is ‘Growing Excellent Learning Communities Together’. Each school fosters close links with the parents and the local community. We want the very best of futures for all our pupils, we want them to find out about, be inspired by and enjoy the world they live in. We want them to have the confidence to recognise and grasp opportunities that they are given and have high expectation of themselves and others. We are looking for someone with an Early Years degree, who is an excellent classroom practitioner and who is able to be part of a committed Early Years team to cover maternity leave.
You must have lively and positive personality, a sense of humour, good organisational skills and a commitment to continuous self and school improvement.
