We are seeking to recruit a dedicated, caring and ambitious Early Years Practitioner who is able to support in making sure that our children are safe, happy and stimulated in our nursery class at Grove House Infant & Nursery School.
The Federation of Grove House and King’s Park Infant Schools is part of Unity Education Trust who provide education for Norfolk children across all age ranges, mainstream, specialist provision, SEND and complex needs. The successful candidate will have:
An appropriate childcare qualification at Level 3 or above
At least Level 2 in English and Maths
At least 2 years experience of working in a nursery environment
Excellent communication skills
The ability to work under the direction of the EYFS lead, but is able to use their own initiative to support children’s development
The ability to establish a positive relationship with children, parents and staff
The willingness to contribute to the common goals of the school and Unity Education Trust
Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework within an Early Years setting
