What skills and experience we're looking for
Sandbach Primary Academy are looking to appoint an outstanding and self- motivated Early Years Teacher to join our team in September 2024. The successful candidate would be responsible for the teaching of the Reception class but also the overall development of our Early Years provision. The role requires the successful teacher to work closely with the Nursery team as well as the Senior Leadership Team to ensure that our Early Years Provision is outstanding.
We are looking for a dedicated and resilient teacher who places the best interests of the children in their care at the heart of their work and is passionate about the importance of early education and outstanding early years provision. This opportunity would be ideal for an experienced Early Years Teacher with experience of leading change and ensuring high quality education across Nursery and Reception.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of outstanding teaching and subject leadership. The successful candidate must be committed to supporting the on-going development of the school and be committed to driving key priorities forward.
