Post: Early Years Teaching Assistant (Level 3)

Location – Bushbury Lane Academy, Ripon Rd, Wolverhampton WV10 9TR

Employer – Reach2 Academy Trust

Hours – 21.5 hours per week (Term Time Only)

Salary – Scale 4, Spinal Point 7-11 (£10.41-£11.27 per hour)

Contract Type: Fixed Term – (15 months) to be reviewed after Year 1

About The Role:

Bushbury Lane Primary Academy is looking to appoint a highly motivated, innovative and passionate Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our team.

The successful candidate will need to hold a NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education or equivalent qualification and have experience of working in a primary setting, ideally in an Early Years classroom.

You will be joining the REAch2 Academy Trust, a national family of primary academies committed to raising standards and achieving excellence for all pupils, whatever their background or circumstance. The Trust provides a strong culture of collaboration and support, together with high expectations for staff and pupils alike.

The position is for 21.5 hours a week, term time only and inclusive of 5 Inset Days.
