What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an outstanding practitioner to work in either our EYFS or Year 1 classrooms; some experience in an Early Years setting would be advantageous. We require someone who has a good understanding of the EYFS Framework and is able to deliver a stimulating, challenging and fun personalised curriculum. This is a good opportunity for a talented, Early Years Practitioner to join our highly skilled, dedicated team.
The successful candidate will be:
- An inspiring and motivated teaching assistant who is eager to develop their skills further
- Committed to excellence and have high expectations of all pupils, including vulnerable groups
- A highly effective practitioner in terms of planning, lesson delivery and assessment for learning
- Be able to develop positive relationships with staff, pupils and parents and have excellent interpersonal skills
- Rigorous in ensuring pupils make the required progress in order to reach age related expectations
- Show a commitment to extra-curricular activities and parental engagement events
