What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Hold a recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
  • Support the Classroom Teacher to inspire and enthuse our children.
  • Be caring and supportive and to achieving excellent results.
  • Have a good understanding of EYFS to support young children in their learning and development.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and to prioritise tasks.
  • Experience of working with young people in a supportive role.
