What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will:
- be supportive of the Christian ethos of our school
- be required to provide academic, behavioural, and social support for groups and individual children
- be an experienced Early Years practitioner
- have a good understanding of the EYFS Curriculum and reforms
- experience of supporting pupils with SEND
- be enthusiastic and a good communicator
- be able to use their own initiative
- have high standards of oral, written and numeracy skills
- be committed to raising pupils’ attainment, particularly in Communication and language, Literacy and Mathematics and have an understanding of intervention strategies applicable to Early Years / Transition
