What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate will:

  • be supportive of the Christian ethos of our school
  • be required to provide academic, behavioural, and social support for groups and individual children
  • be an experienced Early Years practitioner
  • have a good understanding of the EYFS Curriculum and reforms
  • experience of supporting pupils with SEND
  • be enthusiastic and a good communicator
  • be able to use their own initiative
  • have high standards of oral, written and numeracy skills
  • be committed to raising pupils’ attainment, particularly in Communication and language, Literacy and Mathematics and have an understanding of intervention strategies applicable to Early Years / Transition
