Contract Type: Fixed Term contract.
Working Pattern: 8:40 to 3:30 (30 minutes lunchbreak)

Join our Team at Stapleford Community Primary School Position: Early Years Teaching Assistant
Stapleford Community Primary School invites applications for an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to support our Reception class.
We are looking for a candidate with experience or a special interest in early years’ education.
- Support the delivery of the EYFS curriculum within the classroom and outdoor learning spaces.
- Assist in planning and preparing engaging learning activities tailored to early years pupils
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to explore and learn.
- Help to assess children’s progress and report back to teachers and parents
- Encourage children’s social and emotional development and communication skills through play and interaction.
- Work closely with the class teacher to ensure that the needs of all children are met effectively.
- Support SEND students, offering tailored support and fostering their educational development
We're Looking For:
- An individual with experience in a school setting, and if possible, in Reception/Early years’ education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to engage with young children and encourage their development.
- A proactive, creative, and patient approach to supporting teaching and learning.
