What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an Early Careers Teacher for a KS2 class to start in September 2024 on a two year fixed term basis. ECT training via OTSA plus a very supportive team within school.

We are looking for a teacher who:

  • is inspiring, enthusiastic and passionate about teaching and learning

  • has high expectations of themselves as well as the attainment and behaviour of pupils

  • has excellent interpersonal skills to become part of the team of pupils, parents, staff and governors

  • demonstrates resourcefulness and resilience

  • has a willingness to be part of the wider school community
