We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and approachable Education Adviser to join our team.

As an Education Adviser you will work as part of our School Improvement Team to improve teaching and raise standards in Maths across the Trust.

Your enthusiasm for ensuring all children benefit from the very best education will be infectious, as will be your passion for promoting high standards for all.

You should be an experienced professional with expertise in Maths performance improvement and curriculum design. You will partner schools throughout the Trust, providing support, advice, and challenge to achieve consistent and sustained improvement.

You will develop inclusive Trust-wide strategies and plans as well as plans for individual schools tailored to value difference and deliver outcomes that will improve the lives of children.
