What skills and experience we're looking for

To manage and coordinate the Annual Review of Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs) of pupils within relevant settings, adhering to the statutory processes and timelines in the SEND Code of Practice and to complete all administration relating to School Reports.

Attainment of 5 GCSE’s A-C (or equivalent) including English and Maths. Attainment of NVQ Level 2 qualification in clerical related field IT or admin related qualifications, experience of administration work, highly effective communication skills, exceptional organisation skills, methodical and accurate - a high level of attention to detail, use initiative to problem solve. Experience of clerical work in a school or similar environment, previous experience in EHCP admin role or similar, knowledge and practical application of Microsoft 365 packages, accurate typing and minute taking, demonstrates an awareness, understanding and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children and young people. Demonstrates an awareness, understanding and commitment to equal opportunities. Understanding and working knowledge of EHCP process.
