Role Overview: As the Primary School Improvement Lead, you will hold a leadership position with the responsibility of overseeing and supporting a cluster of primary schools within the Discovery Schools Trust. Your role will involve driving effective school improvement strategies, fostering collaboration among schools, and ensuring the highest standards of education are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a group of primary schools within the trust.
  • Develop and implement school improvement plans.
  • Support head teachers and school leadership teams in achieving their goals.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of schools within the cluster.

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a head teacher showing demonstrable impact.
  • Experience in driving effective school improvement, being able to show demonstrable impact.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong system leadership experience of working across a number of schools
