Flying High Partnership is seeking a dedicated and ambitious Education PA to join our dynamic team. This role offers the chance to make a tangible impact on the quality of education across our partnership of 35 primary schools. The Role: As the Education PA, you will provide vital support to the Director of Education and the wider Education team. Through expert communication, administration, and coordination, you will enable the Director of Education and the team to operate strategically and impactfully across the partnership. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the Director of Education's diary and inbox, ensuring they are well-prepared and able to operate strategically.
  • Providing high-quality administrative support, including preparing documentation, organising travel, and managing expenses.
  • Supporting the Directors of Quality Assurance and School Improvement and the Inclusion Leader with administrative tasks and coordination.
  • Scheduling and coordinating Education team meetings, ensuring they are efficient and impactful.
  • Coordinating Partnership and Inclusion reviews, liaising with schools, and preparing high-quality reports.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience as a PA or in a similar administrative role, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Is a skilled communicator with strong organisational and administrative abilities.
  • Is proficient in using a wide range of IT resources to support administration and efficiency.
  • Pays exceptional attention to detail and ensures accuracy in all tasks.
  • Can effectively prioritise and manage their workload independently.
  • Is committed to the mission, culture, and values of the Flying High Partnership.
