Education Support Assistant job summary

As an Education Support Assistant, you will provide high-quality administrative and organisational support to the central education team. This is a varied and fast-paced role that involves being the first point of contact for the team and supporting key activities such as:

Organising and minuting meetings, tracking actions and decisions

Managing diaries, room bookings, and preparing meeting spaces

Liaising with colleagues and external partners to support curriculum events, trust reviews, and safeguarding activities

Assisting with education projects, including compiling reports and distributing resources

We’re seeking someone who:

Has strong administrative skills and experience in a busy office environment (executive support experience is a plus)

Is confident using spreadsheets and digital tools

Communicates clearly and professionally at all levels, both verbally and in writing

Can manage multiple priorities, work to tight deadlines, and adapt to changing needs

Brings a proactive, solution-focused approach and attention to detail
