Education Support Officer job summary

Salary: Grade F (£25,979 to £27,803 per annum, full time equivalent)

Hours: 30 hours per week; from term time plus 2 weeks to all year round

Contract: Fixed Term – initially 12 months – would also suit a secondment for a current Active Learning Trust employee

Location: Chatteris - hybrid working available to suit the appointee and needs of the Trust. It is possible that this position could be completed remotely, but there is the expectation that the postholder can travel to Chatteris, or any other Trust school, as required.

We are seeking to appoint a highly skilled and experienced administrator who has a real passion for securing outstanding education provision for the Trust’s academies. Previous experience in education is not necessarily required, as you will be fully supported to develop your expertise in education. Proven experience of delivering a high-quality administrative service is essential.

The role will involve assisting colleagues in the Education Directorate to deliver a high-quality service to our academies, through the provision of strong systems and practices.
