Location:Across 5 Secondary Schools and 3 Primary Schools within the Trust all located in Bromley

Salary:Scale 6 SCP 16-20, £33,417 - £35,448 per annum Full Time Equivalent. Actual Pro Rata Salary £27,926 per annum based on 38 weeks per year, 36 hours per week.

About you

We are looking for a dedicated Education Welfare Officer to join our Trust, to work across the Trust’s schools to improve attendance, reduce persistent absence, and support families in overcoming barriers to education. The role requires proactive engagement with students, parents and carers, school staff, and external agencies to ensure that all pupils attend school regularly and benefit from high-quality education.

Our schools include: Primary - Clare House Primary School, Hawes Down Primary School and Langley Park Primary School. Secondary - Darrick Wood School, Hayes School, Langley Park School for Boys, Langley Park School for Girls, Ravens Wood School.
