What skills and experience we're looking for
The appointed candidate will:
- have at least 2 years recent experience of working in a school environment supporting young people and their parents a
- an understanding of the needs of children and young people and the challenges they face
- an understanding impact of poor behaviour and attendance
- Knowledge of the education system and the role of an Education Welfare Officer (EWO)
