We are looking for someone who can
- Build and maintain relationships with our young people and their families.
- Monitor attendance and truancy issues for pupils who access alternative provisions and devise and implement intervention strategies to improve these issues
- Oversee and quality assure Alternative Provision
- Liaising with all external agencies involved with our families
- Work with our pupils, staff and alternative providers to find the education that best suits our pupils’ needs
- Effect real change and improvements to the lives and life chances of our amazing young people.
