What skills and experience we're looking for

Working closely with the primary and secondary schools in our Trust, you will take the lead on developing our inclusive approach to meet the needs of all pupils with additional needs or SEND. Undertaking assessments, you will implement interventions and programmes of support demonstrating your knowledge, expertise and best practice in this field.

Collaboration with key colleagues is paramount and you will build partnerships internally and externally, ensuring the pupil’s needs are met. Acting in a consultative capacity, you will also provide training to build awareness and capacity in schools to respond to needs of our most vulnerable pupils.

With a Post Graduate qualification in Educational Psychology, you will have recently qualified or have experience of working with children and families. You will and an understanding of the relevant legislative and statutory frameworks. Your pro-active approach and ability to influence and persuade others will enable you to be effective across the Trust.

The role will be based at Fradley Park Primary and Nursery School with a requirement to travel between Trust schools and beyond as required.
