Educational Teaching Assistant SEND (One to One)

15 hours per week, term-time only, Monday to Friday 8.40 am to 11.40 pm each day.
Salary: SCP 7 £20,444 reduced pro rata to £6,914 per annum (actual salary).

We are looking for an individual who has:

• experience of working with children with special educational needs in an educational environment
• experience of managing challenging behaviours as part of SEND provision
• a nurturing and caring nature
• educated to GCSE level (grades A-C) or equivalent Level 2 educational qualifications
• an understanding of child development and learning
• good communication skills.
