What skills and experience we're looking for

In addition to meeting the requirements in the job description, the successful person will be able to:

  • Develop initiatives to promote high attendance and good punctuality.
  • Have the ability to demonstrate both empathy and self-confidence when working with parents/carers.
  • Have the ability to build an excellent rapport with all members of the school and wider community.
  • Will undertake home visits (use of a car is essential).
