Emotional Literacy Support Assistant job summary
We require an Emotional Literacy Support Assistant join us to at New Horizons Primary. We are looking for a new colleague to join our dedicated team. They will be passionate and driven, and willing to ‘go that extra mile’ when contributing to the wider aspects of school life.
You will need to hold a relevant GCSE or equivalent, Grade C or above. Good ICT skills would also be desirable.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our school and join our Trust!
What you will need to succeed:
• Experience working with Primary aged children desired but not essential
• Ability to raise aspirations to ensure the best possible outcomes
• Be able to motivate children and have a passion to make a positive outcome for the children
• Be skilled in creating a nurturing learning environment
• Have high expectations of children’s emotional, social and mental health development
• Have excellent interpersonal skills
