You will work as part of a close-knit HR team providing professional support to ensure that Mossbourne and its staff achieve Sir Clive Bourne’s dream. To identify and assist with all aspects of HR Operations and to use your expertise to add value and offer solutions. You will use your skills and knowledge to enable managers to deliver their management responsibilities confidently, consistently and professionally. To upskill managers by providing coaching and advice. Ensure policies and procedures support managers to make informed and reliable decisions.
