As the HR Engagement and Communication Partner, you will be at the heart of developing and executing strategies aimed at improving employee engagement, enhancing internal communication, and fostering a vibrant company culture. Your role will involve designing initiatives that drive employee motivation, satisfaction, and overall well-being while ensuring clear and effective communication at all levels of the organisation.

The successful candidate will be based at the GLF Office in Earlsfield Business Centre, Earlsfield. Occasional hybrid working can be agreed upon discussion.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a talented candidate who:

Has a CIPD recognised HR qualification of level 5 or above and is a member of the CIPD
Has experience in a similar capacity, enhancing communication and improving employee engagement within the workplace
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Has strong project management and leadership skills
Is self-motivated and pro-active
