What skills and experience we're looking for
GORSE SCITT are seeking to recruit an inspirational colleague to the role of Attendance and Welfare Officer. This role is of great importance to our work - the successful applicant will be expected to work directly with the Administration Office Manager, Administration Systems Manager, and leaders of GORSE SCITT, monitoring and supporting the attendance and welfare of the GORSE SCITT trainee teachers. To lead on the administration of trainee engagement and enhancements throughout the academic year, ensuring a successful trainee journey from initial contact to graduation.To provide administrative support to the Administration Office Manager, Administration Systems Manager, and Senior Leadership Team.
The ideal applicant will have:
- English and Mathematics at Grade 4/C or above (or equivalent) GCSE level.
- Flexible approach and ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a busy team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
