Engineering Design and Technology Teacher job summary
We are seeking to appoint a committed and inspiring individual to join us in August at the start of our 2021/22 academic year. This role requires high levels of personal and professional commitment and the ability to work successfully as part of a team is essential. The successful candidate will be highly adaptable and flexible and will need a strong work ethic.
Candidates interested in part-time working (minimum three days per week) will be considered and should ensure they make this clear on their application form and in their covering letter.
Teaching experience is not essential for this role; if you have an engineering background, a desire to share your experience and knowledge with young people and a passion to change lives by developing the engineers and business leaders of the future, we would love to hear from you. Training will be provided and you will be joining a supportive, enthusiastic and collaborative Engineering Team. If you would like to discuss this informally before submitting an application, please contact the HR Team by email to recruitment@jcbacademy.com
Commitment to safeguarding
The JCB Academy is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
