What skills and experience we're looking for
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant undergraduate degree in English or a related field. A postgraduate qualification in education or leadership is highly advantageous.
- A demonstrable track record of excellence as an English practitioner, with a proven ability to raise attainment levels and accelerate progress, particularly within the context of a dynamic sixth form environment.
- Exceptional leadership acumen, coupled with the innate ability to inspire and motivate colleagues to strive for excellence in their teaching practices.
- Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, underpinned by a genuine passion for cultivating positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents alike.
