What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate will be teaching at The Westwood Academy with a particular focus on driving improvements in English.

The role will have a particular focus on collaboration to develop and implement effective strategies for enhancing English education across all levels.

The role will play a pivotal role in the growth of Kenilworth Multi Academy Trust, with potential opportunities to work across both sites as the Trust expands.

Requirements:

  • A degree in English or a minimum of two years of teaching experience in the subject.
  • Passion for English education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in teaching English from year 7 up to A level.
