English Subject Leader job summary
Required from September 2022. We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dynamic leader for our thriving English department. The successful candidate will lead a supportive department, which consistently achieves good outcomes for young people in English.
Frogmore Community College is a good and improving 11-16 school in the north of Hampshire. We believe that every student can flourish, given the right environment, support and challenge. We care deeply about the achievement and wellbeing of every individual. We pride ourselves on our inclusive ethos and our relatively small size enables us to respond quickly and effectively to the needs of each individual. Progress and attainment have shown significant and sustained improvement over several years and the school was again rated Good by Ofsted in February 2022.
