What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated and enthusiastic Subject Leader of English from August 2023. The successful candidate will demonstrate both an expertise in the subject; in leading a team; and will have evidence of successful impact of teaching at GCSE.
The post holder will be required to lead the
English team in the implementation of a knowledge rich curriculum consistent
with our vision. Quality assuring implementation and reviewing curriculum
impact. You will be required to support teachers, model outstanding lessons and
organise whole school events or projects.
