About the role
The English Faculty are a collaborative and supportive team of teachers with a wide range of experience and expertise. Your primary role will be to support and challenge all students to achieve their full potential and achieve academic success through strong classroom practice.

- Be a team player; you will contribute to our forward thinking Faculty and to intervention programmes which support our students
- Be a highly reflective practitioner who is committed to learning and to developing their practice
- Be or have the potential to become an exceptional teacher
- Have a passion for reading, the power of literacy and the teaching of English
- Demonstrate the ability to build effective relationships and be a positive role model for our students
We welcome and encourage applications from ECTs.
