Do you want to make a difference to outcomes for all students?
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and passionate English Teacher to join our highly motivated and hard-working team. You should be an excellent classroom practitioner and have students at the heart of your decision making. This role is suitable for both ECTs, who would benefit from a comprehensive range of support and guidance, and more experienced teachers alike.
Our team has been on an exciting journey over the past few years and our results have continued to improve year on year. We are very pleased with our most recent set of CAG results from 2021: 86% of students achieved a 4 and above in English language, 32% of students also achieved a 7 and above. Our English Progress score of 0.39 again evidences the positive progress that our young people are making.
We are driven and determined to continue to improve on these results over the coming years and are keen to employ a teacher who will share this drive and enthusiasm.
If you would like to work in a vibrant and progressive environment, we would love to hear from you. You will join a committed, successful, and supportive team. Staff professional development is a school priority for all colleagues.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful secondary school which is ‘where teachers and leaders at all levels are enthusiastic and ambitious’ (Ofsted).
