English Teacher/Instructor job summary
Woodlands Academy are looking to appoint an English Teacher or Instructor, to deliver English across the whole school.
The successful candidate will:
• Teach English to Key Stage three pupils.
• Have experience of Entry Level, Functional Skills, and GCSE English & GCSE English Literature specifications.
• Be an Outstanding Classroom practitioner.
• Contribute to the development of the English Curriculum
• Have a flexible approach and be able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
• Develop excellent relationships with pupils.
This post would suit an Instructor, Unqualified Teacher, NQT or an Experienced Teacher. It is a great opportunity to develop experience of working with pupils who have additional needs, within a supportive Staff Team.
