English Teacher (Intervention) job summary

We require an enthusiastic and committed English Teacher to be responsible for, and to deliver interventions to ‘bridge the gap’ caused by loss of learning due to school closure and coronavirus.

The successful candidate will join an aspirational and caring school community with high expectations of all with a compassionate senior leadership team who work collaboratively for the good of staff and students.

You will be part of a warm, friendly and experienced team, committed to bridging the gap for all students, particularly those who may have experienced significant disadvantage due to the closure of schools during the coronavirus pandemic

The successful candidate will be committed to a collaborative approach and be able to contribute to a variety of innovative approaches including; curriculum design, teaching strategies, use of technology and intervention programmes. A determination to make a positive difference to students is essential.
