The role has the potential for responsibility and a TLR will be available to the right candidate.

The successful candidate will:
- be an excellent practitioner
- have the knowledge and experience, or ambition to teach from Year 7 to Year 13
- be enthusiastic, resourceful and keen to ensure that the highest possible standards of pupil achievement, personal development and wellbeing are achieved
