What skills and experience we're looking for

Essential

KS3 and KS4;
Evidence of successful classroom practice and behaviour management;
Knowledge of educational developments;
Good ICT skills both in teaching and administration;
Good organisational and time management skills;

Desirable

Knowledge of AQA syllabuses;
Awareness of recent developments in education and English teaching;
Understanding of safeguarding requirements;
