About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our English department on the next stage of our journey. We are a flourishing 11-18 school and are OFSTED rated ' Good' but we want to become Outstanding. The department has made significant improvements over the last three years and we need an ambitious, determined and driven individual to help take us to the next level. Our school has motivated, ambitious students with a high percentage of our students going on to attend Rusell group universities and the post comes with the opportunity to teach KS4 and A-level.

Any additional responsibility will be decided in conjunction with the Head of Department with whom confidential conversations are welcome prior to application.
