Estate and Facilities Lead job summary

We are seeking to appoint an Estate and Facilities Lead Manager.

Furze Down School provides a supportive and aspirational environment for children with complex Special Educational Needs (4-19). The school was recognised as being ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted in 2006, 2009, 2014, 2019 and 2024.

The successful candidate will:

• In this brand-new role, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight of the school's estates, facilities, and site operations

• ensure the delivery of high-quality facilities management services that support the educational mission of Furze Down School.
