Estates and Facilities Assistant job summary

Epping St. Johns Church of England School is looking to recruit a hardworking, enthusiastic Estates and Facilities Assistant. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to maintaining high standards set within the school and of the Site Supervisor.

You should be proactive and friendly individual with a passion for creating a welcoming environment. You will play a vital role in ensuring facilities are safe, welcoming, and ready for students and staff at all times.

If you enjoy maintenance work, have a range of DIY skills and would be interested in work in a school environment, this could be the role you've been looking for!

As an Estates and Facilities Assistant, you will be responsible for providing day to day support, generally maintaining school facilities and opening/closing of the site. From overseeing routine repairs to managing facilities, you'll be the go-to person for all things related to the school's infrastructure.
