You will be responsible for the maintenance, safety, and daily operations of the school site, ensuring a secure, efficient, and well-maintained environment for staff and students.

About You

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, proactive professional with strong problem-solving skills. They should have a solid background in site maintenance, health and safety compliance, and facilities management. Excellent organisation abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to prioritise tasks effectively are essential. The candidate should demonstrate a commitment to maintain safe, clean, and efficient school environment, with good communication skills to liaise confidently with staff, contractors, and external agencies. A flexible, reliable, and approachable attitude, along with the ability to respond calmly under pressure, is key to success in this role.
