What skills and experience we're looking for
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Estates and Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Ascend Learning Trust in this newly created role. Under the direction of a newly appointed CEO, you will be working within a dedicated and dynamic team, supporting a growing Executive Team for Ascend Learning Trust.
Reporting to the Chief Finance Officer, as a successful candidate, you will ensure a high level of H&S compliance and safety procedures are achieved across all ALT sites and activities. You will be diligent and analytical, with a flexible approach to working. This role will involve proactively working with senior managers and staff to establish and maintain a culture of safe practices across the Trust.
This is an ideal role if you are someone looking to advance your H&S career, with an opportunity to use your specialist knowledge to assist with the expansion and development of H&S.
