The Denbigh Alliance is a successful, growing Multi-Academy Trust in Milton Keynes. From September 2024, we consist of 6 schools composed of two secondary schools and four primary schools. We are currently seeking an Estates Manager to join our team and dedicate themselves to creating the best possible environments for our schools.

The role of the Estates Manager involves providing strategic leadership for the Trust’s estates and Health and Safety functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading projects, with a focus on empowering our school site teams to deliver exceptional support services.

In this role, you will be tasked with:

  • developing and implementing effective estates policies and strategies across the Trust
  • overseeing the resolution of building defects and ensuring that any new Trust buildings are developed to the highest standards
  • leading and providing guidance on Health and Safety matters, ensuring compliance and creating a safe working environment for all

The ideal candidate will bring extensive relevant experience, hold a recognised Health and Safety qualification (e.g. IOSH or NEBOSH) and demonstrate a proven ability to lead a team and manage contracts effectively. A full driving license is essential for this role, as it requires regular travel to all our Trust schools to oversee site operations and ensure consistent standards across our facilities.
