Estates Officer (Cambridgeshire)
Salary: Grade H (£31,099 - £34,723 p.a.

This is an exciting time to join The Active Learning Trust
central team. Our new Chief Executive Officer joined the Trust on 1 January
2023 and has an exciting and positive change journey planned. The appointee
will report to the newly appointed Head of Estates and will work in
collaboration with the Estates Officer (Suffolk) and the other teams that make
up the Operations Directorate (Procurement, Data and IT), along with the
academy-based estate leads, school leaders and other members of the central
You will support the Head of Estates to deliver the Estates
Strategy and develop the fundamentals of good estates management for school
across the trust. Working closely with schools and the Head of Estates, you
will ensure estates management and health & safety are fit for purpose and
premises operations comply with relevant legislation by offering professional
advice and guidance to the site teams in our schools on matters relating to
estate management and health and safety.
