What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint an excellent, committed and enthusiastic Site Manager for our happy and successful school. Sitting within the site team, this role will be critical in ensuring the estates building fabric is managed and maintained, leading them to the highest possible standard, providing a safe and compliant working environment for pupils, visitors, and colleagues. Our expectation is school community satisfaction for service delivery, taking pride in the appearance of our school.

- Friday 14:30 – 22:30
Successful candidates will have a background of facilities maintenance, along with knowledge of mandatory Health and Safety processes and procedures. You will work alongside our Senior Site Manager who will be a key person in supporting and mentoring the team.Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Members of the site team will support and work together across all areas as an effective team in support of a range of school activities and projects. It will also include key holder security responsibilities across the whole school with the shift pattern. The ability to work well in a team is essential, as is a good sense of pride in the role. You will need to be able to offer flexibility and relate well to pupils and adults.
