Events, Publications and Department Administrator job summary

We are seeking to appoint an excellent Administrator who can provide comprehensive administrative support in terms of planning key events throughout the academic year and the production of publications to support such events.

You will have administrative experience, excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities, often within tight timescales. Excellent IT skills are crucial.

A team player, you will be able to establish effective working relationships with students, department staff and the leadership team. You will need to demonstrate a high level of experience in desktop publishing and have a flair for the design and production of a range of high quality professional promotional materials along with a keen eye for detail.
