Hours of Work: Exams take place between 8.15 am - 4.00 pm
Start Date: January 2025
We are looking to appoint Invigilators and Scribes to expand our team of examination invigilators who are responsible for supervising internal/external examinations throughout the year.
The role will entail implementing the strict procedures and regulations set out by examination boards and to ensure the proper conduct of students during examinations. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are essential as a number of our students require scribes and reading assistance.
Applicants must be flexible as the hours will vary according to the examination timetable throughout the year. Examinations take place throughout the course of the year with the main season in May and June. Previous experience is not required as training will be provided, however the successful candidates will have strong inter-personal skills, high expectations of all students and be able to work well within a team.
