What skills and experience we're looking for
A good standard of education
• Relevant work experience or vocational training with regard to administration/office work
• Understanding of relevant policies and procedures
• Understanding of health and safety policy
• Able to communicate clearly face to face, by telephone and in writing with a wide range of people
• Excellent relationships with staff and students
• Flexibility with regards to working hours during examination periods
• Good organisational skills
• Able to work sensitively with confidential information
• Able to work with a high level of accuracy
• Able to work with a minimum of supervision
• Able to maintain a safe, calm, and happy ethos
