The RoleWe are seeking reliable, punctual, and professional Exam Invigilators to supervise internal and external assessments on an ad hoc basis. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our exam processes, ensuring they run smoothly and comply with all examination board regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Setting up exam rooms and distributing papers and materials.
- Ensuring candidates follow examination regulations and maintaining exam conditions.
- Recording accurate attendance and start/finish times.
- Supervising students throughout exams, including during any necessary absences.
- Collecting and securing exam scripts after each session.
- Supporting the Exams Officer and wider school team with related duties.
- Attending training/refresher sessions as required.

- Previous experience is not essential – full training will be provided.
