We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled professional to support activities in regard to school data and examination administration. You will provide support to the senior team and manage the day-to-day administration relating to the preparation, planning and execution of the examination cycle following the correct procedures and processes on examinations. You will ensure that all MIS systems are utilised effectively including for recording student details, attendance, assessment, timetabling and examinations.

Relevant experience of MS Office, in particular Excel and Word is essential. Experience of working with performance information, statistical analysis, management information or data collection is desirable.

The job is 22.5 hours a week over 3 days, term time only. There is some flexibility around the working hours, including the option of working annualised hours. An example of an annualised hours schedule is in the attached documents.
