Working pattern
- Full time: You will be working 36.5 hours per week excluding a 30 minute lunch break Monday to Friday, term-time only + 1 week.

- Grade 3, Point 15-22 £29,093.00 - £32,654.00 (Actual £26,185.00 - £30,060.00) (Salary may be negotiable for the right candidate)
What skills and experience we're looking for
- Experience of working in an educational setting
- Experience of supervising/organising a small team
- Has a competent command of written and spoken English
- Excellent ICT skills
- Ability to maintain paper and electronic information systems
- Working knowledge of relevant policies and awareness of relevant Examination legislation
- Can demonstrate initiative and sound judgement and manages high levels of responsibility
- Ability to plan and prioritise workload to meet strict deadlines, whilst maintaining a high standard of work and accuracy
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and to work constructively as part of a team
- Ability to respond effectively to problems
- Can remain calm and controlled under pressure
- Ability to form and maintain appropriate relationships and personal boundaries with students
- Ability to form and maintain positive working relationships with staff
- Work in a confidential manner adhering to all regulations and policies

Hall Green School is a very popular, heavily oversubscribed and academically successful 11-16 Converter Academy. We are a highly diverse institution, both ethnically and as a fully accessible mainstream school, attracting pupils from across the city with physical disabilities.
